It shows two network adapters: "Intel PRO/100 VM Network Connection" (which is the network adapter installed on the PC where this screenshot was taken) and "MS Loopback Adapter", which was just installed. Below these two network adapters are four buttons: Add, Remove, Properties, and Update. There is also a Close button at the bottom of the dialog.
